We’ve used this brand of Beta Glucan, combined with maitake mushrooms, for over 15 years. I used to experience strep throat four times in two months. After several antibiotics and contracting it again, I consulted a Naturopath, who recommended this. The strep throat disappeared and hasn’t returned. My children are so familiar with it that if they wake with a sore throat from sinus drainage, they take it, and by the next morning, the pain is gone. When anyone in our household is unwell, we typically take 2 capsules three times daily.
